Here’s how the Process works:
01.
You state specifically what problems you are experiencing and everything is documented on your Intake Contract for the Engineer’s review at time of drop-off;
-or-
(b) You Request a Specific REPAIR
(without an evaluation conducted):
You know exactly what you need the Engineer to perform/complete for you.
02.
Estimation
At the time of completion of the Evaluation process, an estimate of cost to resolve your problems will be provided to you over the phone;
*If a specific Repair request is made:
The Engineer or Admin Assistant will quote the price at the time of the request.
03.
Execution of work
Whether an Evaluation or Repair, system is placed next in line for servicing schedule.
04.
Completion of Evaluation
(a) Evaluation is performed and all steps conducted, testing, and diagnostics are documented for your review/records;
(b) Admin contacts you via phone and provides evaluation results and the associated cost of repair/problem resolution;
(c) If decision not to proceed, then system is ready for your pick up;
(d) If decision to proceed with recommended repairs and cost then:

Repairs
All repairs necessary in relation to an individual’s Specific Requests made initially and/or needed due to Evaluation results are conducted immediately and a completion call is made to the client to arrange for payment and pickup of system.
